A compliance practice that builds its own tools
KRAGOS Compliance is a KRAGOS practice. We consult on B-BBEE, Employment Equity, Skills Development and Learnerships, ESG, CSI and SED, and Carbon and Emissions, and we provide the software that keeps the evidence for all five in one place.
Why we exist
Five regimes, one set of facts
South African businesses answer to five compliance regimes that ask for the same facts in different shapes: headcount, payroll, spend, training, ownership and activity. Most rebuild that evidence every year for each regime, often with a different adviser for each one.
We work the other way round. We capture the evidence once, keep where every figure came from, and prepare it for whoever has to decide: the verification agency, the Department of Employment and Labour, your SETA, SARS or your independent verifier.

What we do not do
Boundaries we publish
- We do not verify or certify B-BBEE, and we do not issue certificates. SANAS-accredited verification agencies do.
- We never call an EME or QSE sworn affidavit a certificate.
- We do not give tax advice or prepare tax returns. Accounting, tax and regulatory services are not offered.
- We do not create, sell or claim carbon credits or offsets.
- We do not design structures to inflate a score. Read our anti-fronting stance.
How we work
Enquiry, consult, engagement
No prices on the website, because the work depends on your size, sector and records. You get a written scope and quote before anything starts.
- Enquiry. WhatsApp, email, phone or the enquiry form. Tell us your turnover band, sector and the deadline you are working to.
- Consult. A scoping conversation. We tell you which regimes apply and what evidence you already have.
- Engagement. A written scope and quote. You contract with KRAGOS Compliance. Where we use specialist delivery partners, we name them to you in your engagement letter before work starts.
- Products. Used inside the engagement. The B-BBEE scorecard platform can also be run by your own team; the other three are available on request with a demo.
- Verification. For B-BBEE you appoint a SANAS-accredited verification agency of your choice. We work alongside the agency and you.
Independence
We prepare. Independent bodies decide.
We do not accept referral fees from verification agencies, and we tell you in writing if we see a conflict of interest.
