What it covers
Five steps, one record
Form numbers follow the Employment Equity Regulations, 2025. EEA13 is your working plan and is not submitted; EEA2 and EEA4 are submitted every year.

Workforce profile by occupational level, race, gender and disability against the economically active population.

Numerical goals against your sector's targets, the 3% disability goal, and the section 20 checks on the plan.

Consultation and sign-off
Consultation with employees, the assigned senior manager and the signature, recorded as steps.

The EE engine is built and runs its own checks. It is offered on request with a demo, and inside our EE consulting work. It has no public sign-in yet.
Not part of the platform today: the section 53 compliance certificate request (EEA15), an EE deadline calendar and group reporting across several employers.
Each year, a score against targets
The plan is measured, not filed and forgotten
Each annual target is scored red, amber or green against your sector's numbers, so the reasons for any gap are written down while they are still fresh. That record is what you rely on when you show reasonable grounds for a missed target.

Who decides
You submit your EE reports to the Department of Employment and Labour. The platform prepares the analysis, plan and report content; you or we enter it in the Department's system, and the Department receives it. Document output from the platform is not built yet.
