08How to make a request
- Complete Form 2 (request for access to a record), published by the Information Regulator.
- Send it to the Information Officer at the address above.
- Describe the record clearly, say how you want access, and state the right you want to exercise or protect.
- If you ask on someone else's behalf, include proof of your authority.
We will respond within 30 days, which PAIA allows us to extend once by up to 30 days with notice.

11Remedies
If your request is refused, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator, or apply to court, within the periods PAIA sets.
